Description
Overview
The compressometer / extensometer apparatus measures the longitudinal strain and lateral deformation of concrete cylinders under compressive load, as required by ASTM C469 to determine the static modulus of elasticity and Poisson's ratio. The frame clamps to the specimen and reads strain on dial gauges or digital indicators.
