Overview
Vebe Consistometer is designed for use in determining the consistency and density of roller-compacted concrete. The test can be performed on both laboratory and field prepared freshly mixed concrete with a maximum aggregate aggregate size 22” (50mm) or less. In addition to roller compacted concrete,the device can be on cement treated, aggregates & soil cement type mixer. Meets ASTM C1170 Test Method for consistency and density determinations of roller-compacted concrete. Can be used on both laboratory and filed prepared mixes.
