Overview
The steel strand extensometer is suitable for tensile testing of prestressed steel strand products and meets the requirements of the test methods in GB/T5224 “Steel Strand for Prestressed Concrete”. It can also be applied to tensile testing of other products that require large gauge length measurement. It has the significant advantages of fast clamping, large deformation, and high measurement accuracy. The clamping method of this series of extesometers also adopts the quick-clamp type, which facilities users to remove the extensometer in a timely manner at a specified point, effectively avoiding damage to the extensometer due to slow disassembly
